It is important that you as a candidate are introduced to everyday life in Sweden. This enables you (and your family) to make a well-considered decision, if offered employment.
Being considered for a job opportunity at ESS involves a two-interview process.

First interview

The first interview is normally conducted in Lund and lasts for 1-2 hours. An interview panel will carry out the first interview. In some cases the first interview will take place by video-conference.

Second interview and visit to Lund

If you are selected from the first round of interviews, you will be invited to Lund for a second interview, which will normally be carried out over a two-day period. Your family will also be invited to join you at this stage. In addition to selection interviews, you will be offered meetings with our external tax consultants and pension/insurance advisors.

You and your family will also be guided around Lund and the surrounding area by a relocation agency. This tour can also include visits to potential schools and/or different residential areas.
